This includes but is not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan. You agree to submit to personal jurisdiction in Michigan for any such disputes.
